Tom Meents and Maximum Destruction set out to maximum destruct the field of superstars to defend that Freestyle Title, and maybe capture the Racing Title. Qualifying, Tom Meents only qualified 11th, and was placed into the bracket going up against hard charger Pablo Huffaker in the Blacksmith. Meents was defeated, but certainly not finished for the night!

Freestyle rolled around, and Tom Meents in Maximum Destruction blew out the gate, getting some major air, and going for gold, Tom Meents ended up with a 22, which was a 13th overall. Tom Meents thought he could do better, and so for the crowd in Las Vegas, he brought out another truck! Dennis Anderson (Grave Digger) also brought out another one for himself as well. Both drivers destroyed the track, and Meents ended upside down in Tom Meents fashion! The encore was truely amazing!
